Mariya was very thorough considering my house was very cluttered. We managed to get a lot done together! My only concern and misunderstanding was about the time of arrival. My window was 12 to 5pm but it was stated on a message it was to be at 12 noon but arrived at 3pm with no message. There wasn't a way of fine tuning the time on the app. I was constantly looking & waiting for my messages to be responded to! The reason for this is to emphasis that communication is the key thing! Local information about Chingford

Chingford, formerly of Essex, is a green and spacious suburb in the North East London borough of Waltham Forest. Historically, the area is significant as a part of the parliamentary constituency of Sir Winston Churchill: Chingford and Woodford Green. This slice of history is celebrated by a grade-II listed statue of the wartime leader that has stood on the nearby Woodford Green since 1959.

The Chingford Mount area is home to a selection of fine art deco architecture from the inter war years. Sadly, the Chingford Odeon - the most impressive example of this - is no more, although other examples remain. The domestic architecture throughout the area is manifold, with period properties of varied size, as well family-sized houses from the last century, dominating the housing landscape. Purpose built-flats are also easily found for younger demographics or couples looking to call Chingford home.

For transport, Chingford Railway Station more than suffices, with London Overground service linking the suburb to Central London with ease.
