Mariya was very thorough considering my house was very cluttered. We managed to get a lot done together! My only concern and misunderstanding was about the time of arrival. My window was 12 to 5pm but it was stated on a message it was to be at 12 noon but arrived at 3pm with no message. There wasn't a way of fine tuning the time on the app. I was constantly looking & waiting for my messages to be responded to! The reason for this is to emphasis that communication is the key thing! Local information about Pimlico

Pimlico is a small area in central London, within the borough of Westminster, in the SW1 postcode area. It is home to just under 20,000 residents.

The area is famous for its pretty garden squares, surrounded by houses, many of which have been converted in to flats. The area is bounded by the river Thames to the south, Victoria to the north, Vauxhall to the east and the Grosvenor Canal in the west. At its heart is the Pimlico Conservation Area, which includes many listed buildings. The area’s most famous resident is Winston Churchill, but it has also been home to philosophers, actors and writers.

Pimlico has it’s own tube station on the Victoria Line as well as many bus routes which run in to Central London. There are also river boat services from Millbank Millenium Pier and plenty of cycle docking stations. There is also the prospect of further transport links as part of the redevelopment of Battersea Power Station and Nine Elms.

Pimlico was one of Housekeep’s earliest locations and it has continued to be popular, with hundreds of local residents booking in a weekly or fortnightly cleaner.
