Deep cleaning is more thorough and takes longer to complete. It's designed to remove deep dirt such as limescale from your surfaces. The deep clean service also includes oven cleaning and inside window cleaning as standard.

What's the difference between deep cleaning and end of tenancy cleaning?

Our deep cleaning service is more thorough than regular cleaning, and is designed for homes that are still being lived in.

If you're moving out or moving in, you should book our end of tenancy cleaning service. It's designed for homes that are completely empty, so the cleaning team can clean even more hard-to-reach areas - including the inside of cupboards & appliances.

How do I pay?

We take a card payment when you book. We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express payment cards.

How can I arrange access if I’m not at home?

We can collect keys from a key safe, a neighbour or your estate agent (within a ten minute walk of the property). Just let us know where the keys will be in the ‘Any other details?’ section of the booking form.

How long does a deep clean take?

It usually takes your cleaning team 3-5 hours to complete a deep clean.

What equipment do cleaning teams bring?

The cleaning team will bring everything they need for your deep clean, including all products and a vacuum cleaner.

Mariya was very thorough considering my house was very cluttered. We managed to get a lot done together! My only concern and misunderstanding was about the time of arrival. My window was 12 to 5pm but it was stated on a message it was to be at 12 noon but arrived at 3pm with no message. There wasn't a way of fine tuning the time on the app. I was constantly looking & waiting for my messages to be responded to! The reason for this is to emphasis that communication is the key thing!
